1. What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can also log in to your account at any time to view your order status.

2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or holidays.

3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working toward expanding our shipping options in the future.

4. How do your pieces fit?
Most of our garments fit true to size, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item(s) is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Visit our Returns Policy page or contact us to begin the process.

6. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

7. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Because we begin processing orders immediately, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

8. Are your products ethically made?
Yes. We are committed to ethical manufacturing and responsible sourcing. Our production partners follow fair labor practices and prioritize quality and sustainability.

9. Do you offer restocks on sold-out items?
